I graduated from McGill University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Psychology (B.A.) and a Master's of Education in Counselling Pyschology (MEd). I am a member in good standing with the Ordre des Psychologues du Québec (OPQ).
I was specially trained in cognitive-behavior therapy under the late Dr. Michael Spevack at the Montreal General Hospital CBT unit. In addition to counselling experience, I have teaching experience at the college level, I have given professional lectures on: Stress and the Multitasking Parent, Sexual Harassment, Bullying in Our Schools and I have written a newspaper column for www.thesuburban.com.
